When will I receive my order?
All orders before 12 PST will ship same or next business day (Monday – Friday excluding holidays), depending on processing and carrier pickup time. How quickly you receive your order depends on the shipping method your selected and our processing time.
Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Shipping & Handling Charges
Shipping & handling charges are calculated based on the method of shipping you selected, your shipping address and the total weight and dimensions of your package.
Domestic Shipping Options
Shipping costs are a combination of the base rate of the selected shipping method and the dimensional weight of the package. The base rate shipping prices and delivery options for domestic shipping are as follows:

Please note that all timeframes stated above are shipping times. Therefore, to obtain the total delivery time, you will also have to factor in our processing time.

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. In this email, we will include a tracking number with a link to track your order.
Occasionally, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When this happens, we issue a refund for your merchandise (shipping is non-refundable). We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you still wish to receive your item(s), please place a new order. Please note a $14 charge will be automatically applied to all packages that are undeliverable or refused for any reason.
