Dark Harbor’s Friday the 13th Pop-Up Sold Out Fast—Here’s Why You Should Be Paying Attention

Something wicked is bubbling beneath the surface of Long Beach… and it just made its first splash of the season.

Dark Harbor—yes, that Dark Harbor—is officially back, and it’s already haunting our calendars with its exclusive Friday the 13th pop-up event aboard the infamous Queen Mary. And let’s be real: if this sold-out scare-fest is any sign of what’s to come for Halloween 2025, we’re in for a seriously wild season.

Initially announced for one night only, Friday, June 13th, the event stirred up a frenzy so intense they added a second night—Saturday, June 14th—which sold out just as fast. (Spoiler: I was in the queue and missed out. Pain.)

Here’s what attendees can look forward to (and what the rest of us will be dreaming about until October):

🛳️ Access to the Queen Mary – After being closed for years, stepping foot back on this haunted ship already feels like an event in itself. That fog rolling over the deck? Chef’s kiss.

🍸 Exclusive Bar Experiences – Multiple themed bars, eerie cocktails, and new “Sinister Sips” await. If you’ve ever wanted to sip spirits with spirits, this is your chance.

🔮 Freaky Entertainment & Dark Delights – From secret showings to ghostly performances and devilish surprises, the night promises immersive horror and mystery around every corner.

🧟 Haunt Fan Previews – This isn’t just a party; it’s a tease. A pulse-check for Dark Harbor’s full return. If this is just the appetizer, October is going to be a full-blown feast of fear.

So What’s the Takeaway?

If you’ve been sleeping on Dark Harbor’s comeback—wake up. The demand is real, the vibes are eerie, and this two-night pop-up sold out fast. For longtime fans, this was the reunion we’ve been craving. For newcomers? You just missed a taste of the legend.

If you didn’t score a ticket (like me 😭), don’t ghost just yet. Follow @DarkHarborHaunt and stay plugged in to their site, because this pop-up was just the beginning.

You can bet I’ll be watching closely—waiting, plotting, counting the days—until Dark Harbor fully rises again.

👻 Stay eerie, LA.
More haunts, sneak peeks, and horror happenings coming soon—this is just the start of spooky season.
