If you've ever wondered what would happen if a robbery went horribly wrong inside a haunted mansion, Haunted Heist has the answer.
The new supernatural horror-comedy is now available on digital, combining ghosts, laughs, and plenty of chaotic moments as a simple plan to steal a valuable antique quickly turns into a fight for survival.
The story follows four estranged friends who reunite for what should have been an easy score. One member of the group has a plan to rob a mansion and walk away with a valuable antique. Unfortunately for them, the home's former owners never actually moved out.
They're ghosts.
Not only is the mansion haunted, but the spirits have something much darker in mind. Trapped inside the house, the friends discover they're caught in the middle of a supernatural plot involving a demonic sacrifice, forcing them to put aside old differences if they have any hope of making it out alive.
Directed by Rel Howery and written by Carl Reid, Haunted Heist features a cast packed with familiar faces, including Tiffany Haddish, Andrew "King Bach" Bachelor, Karlous Miller, Rel Howery, Ari Dayan, and Brett Gelman.
Ahead of the film's release, a newly released clip gave fans a taste of what's in store. What begins with a few playful scares quickly escalates into something much creepier, ending with an unsettling room full of eerie strangers whose laughter instantly shifts the mood from funny to unsettling. It's a great example of the movie's balance between comedy and supernatural horror.
One of the things that makes Haunted Heist stand out is that it doesn't try to choose between making you laugh or making you jump. It embraces both. The chemistry between the cast brings plenty of humor, while the haunted mansion setting delivers ghostly encounters, supernatural tension, and enough creepy moments to keep horror fans entertained.
Clocking in at just 87 minutes, Haunted Heist looks like an easy pick for movie night if you're in the mood for something lighter than your typical possession or slasher film but still want plenty of spooky fun along the way.
If haunted houses, ghost stories, and horror-comedies are your thing, Haunted Heist is available now on digital, ready to deliver a mix of laughs, scares, and supernatural mayhem from start to finish.
